Welcome to diptishsahoo.com (the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by Diptish Sahoo (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using the Website and/or purchasing membership plans, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase any services.

1.2 You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase membership plans or pay for services.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Website (or any part of it) without notice. We are not liable to you for any modification or suspension.

2. Membership Plans & Services
2.1 We offer various membership plans (Free, Trial, Monthly, Half-Yearly, Yearly) that provide access to resources for PMP exam preparation (mock exams, exclusive content, video conference events, etc.).
2.2 Membership access begins once payment is confirmed (for paid plans) and ends at the expiry of the term or if terminated earlier under these Terms.
2.3 For the Trial plan, access is granted for the stated period (e.g., 7 days). After expiry, you may upgrade to a paid plan.

3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
3.1 Payments for paid membership plans must be made through the payment methods we accept. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
3.2 Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable. For example, if you purchase a Monthly or Yearly plan and use part of the term, you will not be eligible for a pro-rata refund.
3.3 We may, in our sole discretion, provide refunds or credits for exceptional cases, but this does not create a right of refund.
3.4 You may cancel your membership by following our cancellation process. On cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your paid term; no further billing will occur.
